Property Access

  • The home is located within a tranquil gated community between Boone and Blowing Rock.

Policies and Rules

  • No Campers, RVs, or Trailers are allowed at the property per neighborhood restrictions.
  • This property does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals with appropriate certification may be permitted, and the presence of a certified service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a certified service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $500 extra cleaning fee to remove pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery. If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee, and you will be evicted without refund of unused days.

  • Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax.

Parking Information

  • This home has a gravel driveway with graveled capacity for 4 vehicles.
  • 4WD or AWD is recommended to access all properties during winter months November-March.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes come with a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens will be provided for you.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • The home includes self check-in/check-out.

  • Please note there is an exterior camera which overlooks the driveway, and one to the left of the outside fireplace. There are no other cameras on the premises.
